Mikael’s passion for food runs in the family, inheriting his cookery skills from his grandparents’. Mikael’s grandmother worked as a head chef for over forty years, whilst his grandfather was a local baker.
Mikael brings to your table over twenty-five years of experience in the restaurant industry, combining flavours from across the globe to develop his own unique style.
