Baking

Valeria was born and raised in the South of Italy, in a family where food always had great importance.  Since very young she has been passionate about baking and learned the basics from her mum, grandmas and aunts, all of them great cooks.

Valeria has lived in different countries around Europe and South America, where she attended several professional courses and worked as baker and cake decorator.

“What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, baking with Valeria. She graciously shared her culinary tips with us and was very giving with her time. I kept opening the refrigerator door to look at my creation, the majestic Charlotte cake. I couldn’t believe that I could make something so professional looking. The cake was absolutely delicious!
